Hertz is a character in Puppet Master III: Toulon's Revenge. Hertz is the father of Peter Hertz (Later known as Eric Weiss), who was hiding out in the abandoned building where Andre Toulon, his puppets, and Dr. Heiss had been hiding out as well. Hertz ends up betraying Toulon by telling Major Kraus where Toulon was hiding out in exchange for a pardon for his family. He is later shot and killed by Kraus after he attempts to fight him in defense of his son. Hertz is portrayed by actor Matthew Faison.
Hertz's first name is never revealed in the film.
