Weeler is a meber of the dreaded Stackpoole family. Due to a bizarre mutation each of the quadruplets were gifted with a unique ability. Weeler's ability is his heightened senses. He is described as having the eyes sharper than an eagles, ears like a fox, and a nose like a hounddog. HIs mutation did make his eyes engorged making it impossible to blink or change the direction og his stare. This fact was hidden from the people of the town with a pair of shaded goggles.
One of his eyes is gouged out by Lance.
His head is then struck against the bars of the prison cell, knocking him unconcious. He is presumed to have died when the Stackpoole mansion burned around him.
