The Underworld is the dimension that Sutekh and his Watchers live in. The world that he lives in is very dark and it is almost like the Egyptian version of Hell. There is a giant looking glass that they can view the real world through, although they cannot enter the real world, they can use a Totem avatar that allows them to enter but they need someone to summon them using a special Ouija Board.
Sutekh has four different Totems, three for his watchers and a special strong one that he calls his "ultimate creation". He can also speak to his worshippers in the real world and even resurrect the dead to do his bidding. He and his watchers want to destroy anyone who tries to uncover their world.
